William "Billy" Rybolt passed away on May 12th, 2023. He was 64 years young. He was born and raised in Indiana. He was taken in at a young age and raised by his foster family, the Bultmans. He attended the Indiana School for the Deaf. In his younger years, he was a volunteer firefighter for Romney, IN.
He was a rambunctious, loud, full of life brother, husband and father. There was never a dull moment in his presence and he made sure to always have everyone laughing. Whether you were the butt of a joke he made, or on the receiving end of an all out food fight, he made sure everyone was having fun. He was the life of every party. He was a loving husband, and celebrated 30 years of marriage this past October with Devona Rybolt. He was a family man, and prided himself on his beautiful large family.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Alice; his father, William; and his daughter, Brittany. He is survived by his loving wife, Devona; his eight children, Ruth Rybolt, George (Vicky) Rybolt, Amanda Crosby, Melinda Rybolt, Ashley (Shawn) Abbott, Angel (Brandon) Perry, William Rybolt III, and Faith-Marie (Scotty) Rybolt; 17 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
There will be a visitation and funeral service on Tuesday, May 16th, 2023 at Indiana Funeral Care, Greenwood Chapel. The visitation is from 10:00am to 12:00pm with the funeral service to begin at 12:00pm.
