William Michael "Mike" Hobson

William Michael "Mike" Hobson, 74, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away on June 14, 2025. He was born in Vincennes, Indiana on April 3, 1951 to William T. and Doris McGill Hobson.

Mike loved hiking, bird watching, riding horses and dancing. He was a gentle spirit who shared his genuine kindness, love, and unwavering loyalty. He was a good friend to many who enjoyed his easy laugh and humor. He graduated from Arlington High School in 1969 and enjoyed a career in sales.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Sandra Wagner. He is survived by his daughter Angela M. Hobson, 5 grandchildren, Kyran, Fallon, Linden, Yael and Magnolia, brother and sister-in-law Richard and Katherine Hobson, nephew Nathan Battinich (Gina), niece Katherine Jones (Ian), his devoted partner Ruthie O'Neil and her children Patrick O'Neil (Erica) and Elizabeth Orlando (Joe) and Ruthie’s 4 grandchildren Patrick, Quinn, Norah and Josephine.

Visitation will take place on Friday, July 18, 2025 from 3:00-5:00 at Waterford Gardens Clubhouse, 11141 Red Fox Run, Fishers IN 46038, with a celebration of life to follow for those who wish to share a memory of Mike.
