William Bill Culver Sr.

William Culver Sr. also known as “Bill” or “Billy Boy” transitioned on July 11, 2025, at the age of 71. He was born on November 22, 1953, to the late John William and Bernice Culver. After he attended Westside High School, he then became an over-the-road truck driver for 5 years. He then picked up the hobbies of an auto mechanic, making CD’s, and fishing. He then married the late Janice Marie Culver. They were married 25 years and from this union they had four children. Jameka Williams of Indianapolis, IN, Williarena Williamson of Indianapolis, IN, LaShawnda Rogers (Milton Sr.) of Kansas City, MO, and William Culver Jr. of Whiteland, IN.  

William “Bill” leaves to mourn: his four children, his sisters Jackie Martin (Bryon) and Doris Scroggins (Marvin), his grandchildren Desmond Williams, Destin Woods, Milton Rogers Jr., Nehemiah Rogers, Jada Culver, Tyanna Rogers, Shylan Elijah, Javon Jenkins, Joseph Culver, Joziah Ellett and his great grandchild Au’Brei Dior-Marie Rogers. Preceded in death is his sister Benita Ann Mulbah.
