Wayne Harold Carlson

Wayne Harold Carlson, beloved brother, uncle, and friend, died Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at his home in Avon, Indiana. He was 52 years old.

A retired electrician and life of the party, Wayne was born in 1968 in California, to parents Ruth and Charles Carlson.

He worked as an electrician in Indiana for over 20 years before retiring in 2014 due to an injury. Wayne spent his last years surrounded by friends and loved ones. He enjoyed hosting gatherings in his home and spending time with his loving dog, Sammi.

Wayne is mourned by his twin brother, Dwayne, along with his other three siblings, Harold, Georgeanne, and Joyce, as well as many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother, Ruth, and his father, Charles.

Friends and family are welcome to join us for visitation on September 21st at 12 PM, with a memorial service hosted at 2 PM, at Indiana Funeral Care, 2433 E. Main Street in Greenwood. He will be dearly missed by all.
