Vicki Ann Clinton

January 4, 1948 — May 27, 2025

Vicki Ann Puterbaugh Clinton, 77 of Richmond, Ind., formerly of Greenville, Ohio, passed on May 27, 2025.

She was born to Walter Marvin, and Fae De Puterbaugh on January 4, 1948.

In her professional life, Vicki had been Chief Technician, Manager of the radiology department at Reid Memorial Hospital. Her administrative abilities, trustworthiness and sense of fairness earned her the respect of her associates. However, her commitment to family led her to make a selfless decision to leave her promising career to become a devoted mother, manager of the home, and helpmate to her husband George in his career pursuits. She had been a volunteer in her church, schools, and in the community.

Vicki was a selfless, confident, life-long believer in Jesus, who prayed for others without ceasing. Possessing a remarkable blend of leadership, integrity, humor, hard work and hope, she guided her family and those around her through life’s challenges, by helping them see beyond circumstances to the more excellent possibilities.

She was a woman defined by her character, deep love, wise counsel, unwavering loyalty, and boundless support of her loved ones. As Wife, Mother, and Friend, she was always quick to forgive, and ever-encouraging.

Vicki is survived by her loving husband, and her faithful daughter Anne E. Clinton Ramseyer (Rob) of Indianapolis, a son Patrick L. Clinton of Richmond, and grandchildren, Blakely and Tanner Clinton. She also leaves sister, Cheryl Melody Puterbaugh of Greenville, Ohio, and Sam Puterbaugh of Richmond, Indiana, along with nieces and nephews.

The family especially holds a deep gratitude for, and pride in the “Vicki’s LOVE Givers” team, whose Christ-centered compassion, Loving competence, and Quality care added years of joy to Vicki’s days.

A private memorial service honoring Vicki will be held by the family.
