Toni "Neesie" Denise Moore

Toni "Neesie" Denise Moore passed on August 19, 2026, at the age of 69. Toni was born on March 3, 1957 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Brenda and Lawrence H. Moore Sr.

Toni graduated from Shortridge High School in 1975. After high school, she went to Ivy Tech where she obtained her Associate's Degree. She worked for a doctor at IU for many years before she became an administrative assistant at a local bank.

Toni grew up attending Indiana Baptist Church, where she was baptized. She enjoyed crocheting, drawing, reading and writing. Toni also enjoyed spending time with her family, whom she loved dearly.

Toni is survived by her mother, Brenda J. Williams; siblings, Vickie (Ty) Peterson, Teresa Peterson, Veronda (David Sr.) McGuire and Janet Moore; nieces and nephews, Qourtney, Tiffany, Barry Jr. (Kionna), David Jr., Candace, Camille, Justin, Briana, Tyantha "Tyann", Victoria "Tori", Brian and Emily; and 17 great nieces and nephews.

Toni was preceded in passing by her father, Lawrence H. Moore Sr.; and siblings, Lisa Williams and Lawrence Moore Jr.

A visitation for Toni will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026 from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM at Indiana Funeral Care East, 1307 N. Shadeland Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46219. A memorial service will immediately follow at 1:00 PM also at the funeral home.
