Tommie S. Royce

Tommie S. Royce, 82 of Evanston, Illinois, passed away on February 13, 2024.  Tommie was born on March 24, 1941 in Gainesville, Florida to Pearl & Evelyn Smith.  She is survived by Sophia Tracy (daughter) and Merle L Royce III (son).  She was a strong independent woman who bucked the status quo and at the same time was a wonderful mother and wife.  Her research helped write medical exams and set up the standardization of educational exams (medical and other) as they exist today.
