Thelma R Nicholas

Thelma R. List Nicholas, 95, of Indianapolis departed this life March 17, 2020 at 95 years old. Thelma was born June 27, 1924, to Garnet and Edna List of Indianapolis. She was the wife of Wade A. Nicholas; mother of Duane A. Nicholas, Kevin R. Nicholas, Janice R. Gohmann, Suzanne A. Meek, and Rebecca E. Reid; sister to Norma List Wakeman, Dorothy List Redmond, Eugene List and Virgil List; grandmother to 9, great-grandmother to 17, and great-great-grandmother to 2.
She retired from Western Electric after 25 years.
Thelma, in life, was the perfect mother, homemaker, wife, and friend. All who knew her will miss her wisdom, smile and her sweet love.
Burial will take place at Old Oaklandon Cemetery.
