Tammy Lynn Pike Lash, age 63, of Beech Grove, passed away peacefully on May 11, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones after courageously battling cancer.
Tammy was born on June 16, 1962, in Beech Grove, Indiana, to Henry Clayton Pike and Mary Lou Pike.
Tammy dedicated many years of service to Alverno Services, the IT department for Franciscan Alliance. She began her career there in 1982 and retired on January 4, 2018.
On June 23, 1984, Tammy married the love of her life, Jerry Glenn Lash. Together they built a life centered around family, love, and caring for others.
Tammy’s greatest passions were her faith, family, and friends. She had a compassionate heart and constantly worried about the well-being of those she loved, even while enduring immense pain herself. Her kindness, strength, selflessness, and unwavering faith touched everyone who knew her.
She is survived by her loving husband, Jerry Lash; father, Henry Clayton Pike; son, Jordan Lash, and fiancée Rebekah; daughter, Brittany Grubb; son-in-law, Andrew Grubb; beloved grandchildren, Zoe and Madeline; sister, Cindy Pike Johnson; nieces, Abigail Mangone (Augustin), Rachel Schuster, and brother-in-law, Billy Johnson.
Tammy was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Lou Pike.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 22, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Greenwood Bible Baptist Church, located at 1461 Sheek Road, Greenwood, Indiana 46143. Funeral services will follow from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Burial will take place at 3:00 p.m. at Washington Park Cemetery East.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Indiana Cancer Society.
Tammy will be remembered for her loving heart, generous spirit, and unwavering care for others. She made a lasting impact on the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her love, kindness, and strength will never be forgotten, and she will be deeply missed, forever loved, and always remembered.
