Sylvia Scott Deitch

Sylvia Scott Deitch, 83 years old of Westfield Indiana passed away peacefully under the blue full moon in her home on May 31st, 2026. She loved the moon so it is believed she was happy passing as the full moon was peaking.

Sylvia was born on November 5th, 1942 in Danville, Indiana. She was raised Christian and kept her faith her entire life. It was very important to her. She attended Eureka College and then became a mother. She found a passion for real estate and became a real estate agent. Her career as a realtor was led with fierceness. She loved doing deals and helping her clients buy and sell homes.

Outside of her career, her favorite hobbies were boating and music. She enjoyed listening to music and going to concerts. Some of her favorites were Stevie Nicks, Michael Mcdonald, and Patti LaBelle. She had little sayings that made you laugh. She loved to laugh.

Sylvia is survived by her children, Paula Forsyth, Denise Bertagni and Elise Deitch. Her grandchildren, Tanner Endicott, Morgan Endicott, Evan Endicott, Rachael Scott, Amelia Bertagni, Francesco Bertagni, and Julietta Bertagni.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Marcie Endicott.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date with family to honor Sylvia's memory.
