Susan, who proudly carried the maiden name Dunnuck, lived a life full of adventure and love. She shared countless happy memories throughout her years, particularly enjoying fishing and camping trips with her family. As a devoted sports fan, she cheered passionately for her favorite teams, including the Colts and the Indiana Pacers. Her enthusiasm for NASCAR, especially her admiration for Tony Stewart, added to the vibrancy of her character. The simple joys of life greatly enriched her days, with cherished routines including watching her favorite soap operas, “The Young and the Restless” and “Judge Judy,” and savoring her beloved margaritas.

She is lovingly remembered by her children, Melissa Wallace, David Parson (Amy), Cortney Rentfro, Mark Hawblitzel, and Amy Martin (Nate). In addition to her children, Susan leaves behind a legacy of love embodied in her 17 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, who will continue to carry forward her spirit.

Susan is survived by her brothers, Rick Dunnuck and Terry Pettit (Vickie), as well as her sister, Mary Craig, and many nieces and nephews who were touched by her warmth and generosity.

Susan was predeceased by her husband, Charlie Harris, whose memory remains an integral piece of her story. She is also preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Betty Dunnuck, and Marjorie and Donald Pettit, her son Rick Hawblitzel, granddaughter Taylor Jo Porter, her brothers Larry Dunnuck and Joe Mink, and sister, Debbie Wiseman all of whom she cherished deeply.
