Steven Wayne Simpkins

10/11/1955 - 8/26/2023 Steve was a brilliant man, he loved playing chess, and reading anything science. He could make anything work better! Steve loved music & was a natural with his guitar. His last 3 years in South Bend were spent working for Satellite. His family will miss his humor, kindness & great smile.
