Steven D. Ware, 64, of Indianapolis passed away on April 13, 2020. He was born in Indianapolis to the late Howard and Nancy (Ishmael) Ware of Mount Sterling, Kentucky.
Steve is survived by his life partner and best friend, Ruth Harrison, daughters: Misty Quintero and Sarah (Clark) Kinney; son: Stephen G. Ware; grandchildren: Sierrah Ware, Taylor Marie Wampner and Joshiah Alexander Wilson; great grandchildren: Amelia Codina and Kamden Perkins; brothers: Dan (Debbie) Ware and Paul (Susan) Ware, and sister: Linda (Fred) Mullis. He was preceded in death by his parents Howard C. and Nancy L. Ware and his brother Bill H. Ware.
Steve was born in Indianapolis and attended Public School No. 72 and Manual High School. He worked as a self-employed carpenter and handyman and was semi-retired. He enjoyed fishing, boating, chainsaw carving and spending time with family.
Services will be private.
