Stephen J. “Jeff” Schipper, 73, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away July 19, 2025. He was born on July 8, 1952, in Connersville, Indiana to the late Ralph J. Schipper and Catherine P. Stephen. He was adopted at a young age by Ralph “Harold” Stephen and Dorothy Stephen.
Jeff graduated from Connersville High School in 1968 and then from Bible College in Longwood, MO in 1970. He moved to Indianapolis in 2000.
He is preceded in death by his birth parents, Ralph and Catherine and his adoptive parents, Harold and Dorothy.
Per his request he will be cremated.
