Stacey Fisher, 47, of Hagerstown, passed away unexpectedly on May 19, 2026. She was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend whose presence brought joy to those around her.
Stacey is survived by her children, Madison (Luke) and Jackson; her mother, Cassandra Fisher; her older brother, Steve Fisher; her younger brother, Corey Fisher (Andrea); and many extended family members and friends who loved her deeply.
Above all else, she loved her two children fiercely - Madison, her "Princess Bean," and Jackson, her "Ham." They were the center of her world, and she was endlessly proud of the incredible young people they are becoming. Her love for them could be seen in every story she shared, every sacrifice she made, and every moment she treasured with them.
She found peace and happiness in the outdoors. Whether she was fishing by the water, riding her beloved horses, or camping beneath the stars, she felt most alive surrounded by nature. She had a deep love for animals and cared for every horse, dog, and cat she owned with a gentle and devoted heart. Her kindness extended to every living thing she encountered.
She will be remembered for her free spirit, her caring soul, and the fierce love she gave to her family and friends. Though her absence leaves an immeasurable void, the memories she created and the love she shared will continue to live on in all who knew and loved her.
Stacey was the owner and president of Fisher Compliance Consulting which offered compliance and consulting for affordable housing for over 25 years. She was passionate about helping others, which is why she dedicated so much of her time, effort and care to her business.
A pastor will officiate a memorial service for family and friends on Saturday May 23, 2026 at 3pm, at Indiana Funeral Care East (1307 N Shadeland Ave, Indianapolis, IN, 46219), with visitation beginning at 1pm.
