Shirley J. Stinson, 87 of Indianapolis, passed away on June 11, 2023.
Shirley was born on November 13, 1935 in Fountain Run, KY to the late William "Bud" and Ruby Farley.
Shirley is survived by her son, Dan (Ginnie) Stinson; sister, Jean Taylor; grandchildren, Brian Stinson, Lori (James) Crumpton, Jim (Crystal) Harden, Penny (Robert) Callahan, Sheri (Jory) Bordner, Daniel (Kristi) Stinson, Mike (Kristina) Stinson, Charlie (Amber) Stinson, Ashley (Chase) Dunigan, Ronnie (Jessica) Hatfield, and Tara Hatfield; as well as several great and great-great grandchildren.
Shirley is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Stinson; sons, James Douglas, Mike, and Mark Stinson; brothers, Jake and Lewis Farley; and sister, Milo Birge.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2023 from 10:00am-12:00pm at Pleasant Heights Baptist Church, 5625 Kentucky Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46221. Funeral Service will immediately follow at 12:00pm. Shirley will be laid to rest with her husband, Charles, at Floral Park Cemetery.
