Shirley A Lohman went to be with her husband on February 7, 2022. Shirley was born on October 29, 1937, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late John DeMore & Thressa "Purpura" DeMore.
Shirley attended Manual High School.
Family and friends meant the world to Shirley, and she touched so many lives during her time on earth. She was a beloved mother and grandmother who spent her entire life caring for her husband, children, and grandchildren, all of whom she loved dearly. Shirley survived breast cancer and this year would have marked 15 years cancer-free.
She enjoyed watching movies with her husband, going out to her favorite places to eat. Shirley loved vacationing in Las Vegas with her soulmate a couple of times a year for many years, The youngest granddaughter, Lilly was what kept her going for the last 5 years when she lost her soulmate.
Shirley is survived by her children, Mark Lohman (Carol)(Bethany) ( Andrea), Mike Lohman (Cindy), Rick Lohman (Misty) (Brenden) (Lilly), as well as several nieces and nephews.
Shirley is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Lohman; parents, John DeMore & Thressa" Purpura" DeMore; one brother and three sisters

THE WORLD"S GREATEST MOM & DAD EVER!
A Celebration Of Life will be held on Friday, February 25, 2022 at Primo Banquet Hall, 2615 National Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227, from 5pm-9pm. A memorial service will take place at 5pm.
