Sharron Darlene Simpson (Lucas), age 74, of Fishers, Indiana, passed away on March 15, 2026.

Sharron was born in Chicago, Illinois on July 15, 1951, to Stephen and Joyce Lucas, who preceded her in death, alone with her youngest brother, Lloyd Lucas. She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Mach Simpson, whose steadfast partnership was a cornerstone of her life.

She is also survived by her children: Yolanda Stein (Robert), DeAndra Kunz (Roger), Sarah Clark (Devin), and Christina Olivia. Sharon's legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren: Sarina Lloyd (Aaron), Ravin, Julia Stewart (Chandler), Niya Henderson (Bralen), Malachi, Mia, Lucas, Naomi, Ruth, Xavier, and great granddaughter: Nora. She is further survived by her brothers: Linus Lucas (Sue) and Stephen Lucas, as well as her sister-in-law: Rebecca Goodson, and many beloved nieces, nephews and cousins.

Sharron was devoted to her faith as one of Jehovah's Witnesses, baptized in 1974. She found great joy serving as a regular pioneer and treasuring the time spent encouraging others in her faith. She also deeply valued her close friendships, especially the love and support she shared with her girlfriends, whose companionship brought her much happiness and strength over the years.

Sharron graduated from Allegan High School in Allegan, Michigan, and continued her education at Western Michigan University. She found great happiness in the simple beauties of life. She especially loved gardening, taking pride in her flowers, and delighting in the hummingbirds they attracted. She also had a love of music and dancing, which brought light and joy to those around her.

She was especially comforted by the words of Isaiah 41:10: "Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be anxious, for I am God. I will help you, I will really hold on to you with my right hand of righteousness."

Sharron will be remembered for her devotion to her family, her loving spirit, strong faith, and the warmth she shared so freely. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Sharron especially found comfort in her heavenly Father's future promise at Revelations 21:4: "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.
