Ryan's professional journey began at Brinks in 2016, where he started as a messenger and diligently worked his way up to become a vault supervisor. His dedication to his career was evident to all who knew him, and he took great pride in his work.
In his personal life, Ryan was known for his magnetic personality, always planning the next adventure and ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. His spirit for adventure led him to embrace hobbies such as video gaming, recreational softball with League Joe and CCA Sports, and exploring the great outdoors through hiking, overlanding, and traveling.
Ryan's love extended beyond his human connections—he was a proud dog parent to four furry companions: Luna, Finley, Nikita, and Arthur. Luna and Nikita accompanied him on many hiking trips, adding joy, laughter, and chaos to his adventures.
He is survived by his loving wife, Sydney (Rawlings) King; his mother, Lisa King; his grandmother, Janet Smith; and his grandfather, Joe (Mary) King. Ryan's vibrant spirit and unwavering kindness will live on in the hearts of his extended family and many friends.
A visitation to celebrate Ryan's life will take place on October 17, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM at Indiana Funeral Care - Greenwood Chapel, located at 2433 E. Main St., Greenwood, Indiana 46143.
