Russell T. Cossell

Russell T. Cossell, 63, of Trafalgar, Indiana passed away July 6, 2025 at his home. He was born December 15, 1961 in Beech Grove, Indiana to Kenneth Norman and Alice Jean (Evans) Cossell.

Russell was a 1982, graduate of Greenwood High School. He played football and wrestled. He moved to Las Vegas for two years and then returned home. He worked in roofing for 10 years then went to work for Target for 25 years. Russell was a good son and brother. He certainly had his share of bad times, but was turning his life around. We are so proud of him! He is so loved and will be greatly missed.

He is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Cossell, his grandparents, Sherman and Lucille Cossell, Kenneth and Darlene Evans, and several aunts and uncles.

Russell is survived by his mother, Alice Cossell; sister, Rhonda Brown (Mike McClure); niece, Shannon Brown-Roethemeier (Robert); great niece, Jenna Roethemeier and Makenna Roethemeier.
