Russell Wayne Brundridge (58) passed suddenly from this life on January 22, 2026. He was born in Eldorado Springs Missouri February 24, 1967. He left too soon, and we are forever changed but, when he departed, he did so after living a life exactly the way he wanted and, on his terms, – filled with love, joy, laughter, grit, gratitude, and a passion for addressing anything perceived as difficult. Russell’s life cannot be described or measured through the words written here. Instead, it is best described in the memories we shared, the laughs he gave us, and the loving memories that will never leave.

Russ left an impression on folks wherever he went which led to multiple nicknames. Rdubz, Taz, Hungry, and Mr Fix It to name a few. He lived life with a rare combination of easygoing kindness and fiery spirit that made him unforgettable to all that knew him. Russell was always willing to jump in and help. No questions asked, no hesitation. Whether it was a challenge a coworker or customer identified, baling hay, cutting wood, fixing fence, or helping move something made easier due to his size, strength, and willingness to see the problem solved. Many experienced firsthand the sense of ease, regardless of the altercation, knowing that Russ was not in your corner but, stepping in front to express the fact that the “issue” would need to come through him before going further.

Russell was a son, a brother, a husband, an uncle, a friend, a worker, a dreamer, and a doer. He lived fully. He loved deeply. He helped freely. His greatest passion was the life and farm he and his wife Taryn were building together. The sense of excitement felt when the two of them talked about the things they had done and the plans they had for their next steps was infectious. Although we wish we had more time, we are grateful for the time we had. He will be missed more than words can express but his spirit lives on in every field, every road, every laugh, and every memory.

Russell was preceded in death by his father, Harry Wesley Brundridge. He is survived by his wife, Taryn (Vondersaar) Brundridge, mother, Bonnie Brundridge, and brother Harry Randall Brundridge (Karen).

Plans for a celebration of life are underway.
