Robin L. Scurlock

Robin L. Scurlock, 65, passed away on April 24, 2023, in Greenfield, Indiana. He was born on November 1, 1957 in Indianapolis, IN, to Bermond Scurlock and Evelyn Still.

Robin started his career as a Maintenance Supervisor and a licensed HVAC technician and worked hard his entire life. There were never enough hours in a day for him to work. He was the proud father of five daughters, Tiffany Whelan-Fodor, Robbin Shimp, Kristin Garner, Amber Tilley and Medessa Kirby.

As long as Robin was by the water, he was happy! Whether he was speed boating or just hanging out on the beach. He was also a life-long collector who loved to go antiquing. He was ALWAYS making people laugh, whether he was walking out on to the beach in his speedo or starting food fights at weddings. You could always count on Robin for a laugh and a good time!

Robin is survived by his daughters; Tiffany Whelan-Fodor, Robbin Shimp, Kristin Garner, Amber (Aaron) Tilley and Medessa Kirby; lifelong partner, Debbie Golden; siblings, Duane (Glenda) Scurlock, Darrell Scurlock, Mitch Still, Joanne (John) Jordan, Patricia Herald; 10 grandchildren; and a host of several nieces, nephews, family and close friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Bermond Scurlock and Evelyn Still; stepfather, Albert Still; brothers, Rex Scurlock, Ronnie Still; sister Janice Mcgary; sister-in-law Winnie Still; nephews, Jeffrey Herald, Ryan Scurlock and Joshua Scurlock.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 28, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 7:00PM at Indiana Funeral Care, Harry W. Moore Chapel.

Memorial donations can be made in Robin's name to the American Cancer Society.
