Robert Allen Molyneux, known to all as Bobby, died at Rosegate Commons on April 7, 2023. He was born in Jersey City, NJ on July 20, 1951 but soon moved to Sayreville, where he graduated from Sayreville War Memorial High School in 1970. For most of his life, he was a shipping and receiving clerk for the Boy Scouts of America National Headquarters. When the Boy Scouts moved to Texas, Bobby and his parents moved with them. Bobby loved the beach and lived at Ocean Grove, NJ every summer until they moved to Texas. He was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys and came to root for the Indianapolis Colts, too. He went to many Colts games with his nephew-in-law, John. Bobby loved to travel and his favorite places were Hawaii and Las Vegas, where he also loved to gamble and see the shows.
He moved to Rosegate when he retired in 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents, Horace and Eleanor (Ranlet) Molyneux and is survived by his sister, Linda (Leo Hirrel) Gagen, his niece Melissa (John) Arvin, his nephew James (Vicky) Gagen, his two great-nieces Natalia Gagen and Lily Arvin and a great-nephew James J.J. Gagen. He will be buried at Bluebonnet Hills in Colleyville, TX next to his parents.
