Robert David Hawks

Robert David Hawks, 73, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away August 11, 2025.

He was born May 3, 1952, to Hubert Wilbur Hawks and Florence (Ciecierski) Kukula in Chicago, Illinois.

Robert never met a stranger and enjoyed meeting new people. He loved adventures and traveled across the country and part of Europe as well. He was an avid music lover and musician. He taught himself how to play piano and guitar. He loved the Blues and performing for people. As a teen in the late sixties and seventies he would hitchhike to concerts across the country without a ticket or a penny in his pocket. He always saw the show and met wonderful people along the way. He was a wonderful, kind soul with a fantastic sense of humor. His loved ones are broken hearted and will miss him terribly.
