He was the born to Earl Gouker and Thelma (Ratliff) Gouker.
He is preceded in death by his son, Richard A. Gouker.
Survivors include daughter Pam (Dave) Weathers, Arizona, Patricia (Jose) Rosado, Coatesville, Indiana. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great great grand children.
There will not be any services held at this time.
