Richard "Dick" Haytock Tobin

Richard “Dick” Tobin, 82, passed away on November 29th, 2025 in Carmel, Indiana. Dick Tobin was born In Chicago, Illinois on June 14th, 1943 and adopted by the late Ethal and Richard William Tobin

After completing his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Georgia, Richard went on to become a successful

Insurance Underwriter at Ohio Casualty Group for 30 years before retiring. He will surely be remembered as a sweet and loving person, who found joy in love for cars, watching the Georgia Bulldogs football, he loved dogs and animals. He loved helping and serving his church and neighbors. He was a devoted father and husband.

Dick Tobin is survived by his wife Louise Tobin (nee: Labrum) of 57 years, sons, Richard L. Tobin, Robert W. Tobin, sister Caroline Peterson (Norman Peterson), Brother-in-law William Labrum (Laura) Sister-in-law Rita Labrum, Nephews, Nieces and other family, Eric Peterson (Annessa Musgrove), Scott Peterson, Matteo Peterson (Jordana), Mark Labrum, Joshua Labrum, Nieces Amy Maindelle (Andrew), Cary Davis (Coby)

Dick was preceded in death by, parents, Ethel and Richard William Tobin, brother-in-law David Labrum.
