Rebecca Lynn “Becky” Woods, 77 passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on March 31, 2022.
Becky was born December 29, 1944, to the late Cecil D Woods and Julia (Richardson) Woods.
Being one of ten children, Becky was blessed with a large and loving family. She enjoyed traveling the world and was known in her family as being a phenomenal cook.
Becky was a woman of faith and was a member of St John’s Lutheran Church.
She had a successful thirty plus year career with the United States Postal Service.
To know Becky was to love her. She was kind, generous, and had a heart of gold.
Becky leaves to cherish her loving memory her children Shawn Woods, Dawn (Junior) Ramsey; grandchildren, Gregory Ramsey and Nicole Woods; great grandchildren, Brianna Williams, Joshua Ramsey Jr, Noah Ramsey, Alex Woods, Jaylen Ramsey, Gwen Woods, and Kaige Baise and great great granddaughter Za’leigh Ramsey.
She is preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, three brothers, and grandsons Joshua Ramsey and Jordan Woods.
Visitation will be Friday, April 8, 2022, 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Indiana Funeral Care, Greenwood Chapel.
Funeral service will begin at 4:00 PM.
