She lived in the Midwest her entire life until after the death of her husband Arthur, when she took a leap of faith and moved to Anchorage Alaska. It was in Anchorage where she met her to be husband John and together they traveled Alaska, and much of the United States in an RV camper. Eventually landing in their dream home at Heritage Lake in Coatesville, In.

Reba was actively involved in the League of Women Voters, leading the organization as President in both Indiana and Alaska. She loved to play Bridge, was a veracious reader, worked daily to complete multiple newspaper crossword puzzles and loved to dote on her rescue cats Dutch and Gracie. Reba’s true legacy resides in her children and grandchildren. She was a fiercely independent woman and instilled in them her strength, tenacity and independence.
