Ramona Ragan

Ramona Ann Ragan, known to her loved ones as Mona, peacefully passed away on September 3, 2023, at her home in Whiteland, Indiana. She was born on July 3, 1953, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to the late Earl W. Figg and Nancy Kreiger.

Mona led a simple yet fulfilled life, finding joy in the simplest of pleasures. Mona found solace in the companionship of her horses and dogs. She had an unbreakable bond with these animals, spending countless hours riding and caring for them. The peaceful moments she shared with her faithful companions brought her immense happiness and serenity.

Family was of utmost importance to Mona, and she cherished the time spent with her loved ones. Mona's memory will be forever cherished by her surviving relatives, including Matthew and Leanne Edmondson, Jennifer and Jeff Rogers, Shawn and Anne Morris, and Angel Arnold and Chuck; as well as several great nieces, great nephews, and even great-great nieces and nephews. She leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and compassion that will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Along with her parents, Mona is preceded in death by her sister, Debbie Johnson and Nephew, Billy Welch.
