Pattie Butler Slezak passed away on Tuesday, May 1, 2023, at Harbour Manor nursing home in Noblesville, IN. She was born on January 17, 1929 to Leo and Susan “Sude” Butler in Noblesville, IN. She graduated from Noblesville High School in 1947. She worked at the Noblesville Court House for several years before she and her husband Jack moved to Florida. After 18 years in the Sunshine State, they returned to Noblesville in 2003. Pattie was a lifelong member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in both Cicero, Indiana and West Palm Beach, Florida.

 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by first husband Frank Edward Craig, loving wife of 38 years to second husband Jack Slezak, daughters Karyl Hampton and Andrea Sylvester, sisters Roseline Bray, Mary B Dropla, and Josephine Butler, and brothers Joseph Butler and Nathan Butler. She is survived by son Michael Craig, son-in-law Danny Hampton, granddaughters Kerry Hampton, Kelly Cope, Jessica Branz, grandson Brett Craig, and several great grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

 

Graveside service only at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville, IN on May 11th, at 11 AM. Pastor Aaron Clark will officiate.

 

Memorial contributions may be made to Humane Society of Hamilton County or Seventh Day Adventist Church in Cicero, IN.
