Patricia Mae Webster

February 20, 1952 — February 26, 2022

Patricia Mae Webster, affectionately known as Pat, was born February 20, 1952 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the union of Herman O. Webster and Virginia E. Cloyd, and was lovingly raised by her bonus dad, John Patterson. She graduated from Shortridge High School and was just a few credits shy from earning her bachelor's degree from Indiana University.

Pat was a jack of all trades, and had many careers, and many, many lives. She had been a licensed cosmetologist, a trained chef (and best cook in the family LOL), and most recently a concierge driver. Pat loved driving Uber and meeting new people on her rides. Most of all, she loved helping people on their roads to recovery. Pat was very passionate about serving those in the Central Indiana Area of Narcotics Anonymous. Aside from being a friend or phone call away for many who were struggling with addiction, Pat served as the Convention Chair for CIANA, Registration Chair, and Merchandise Chair, and Secretary. She also served as the Regional Convention Chair for the Indiana State Narcotics Anonymous Convention for 2021-2022. Pat had many friends and family that she loved to spend her time with. She enjoyed taking cruises and traveling to new places.

Pat departed this life peacefully on Saturday, February 26, 2022. She was determined to make her 70th birthday. Pat is preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Patterson, father John Patterson, sisters, Eleanor Webster and Renee Carroll, and brother Joseph Patterson. She was also preceded in death by her very close friends who she considered to be a brother and a sister, John Baines and Patricia Ferris.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter Patrice N. Bluiett, sons, John M. Bluiett (Lewis) and Joseph M. Webster; sisters Marsha E. Webster and Sheree McAfee (Terrence) and her favorite uncle, Uncle Joe Cloyd of Denver, CO., four grandchildren, Ranissa, Joseph Jr., Jamari, and Nyaira, and one great-grandchild, Justice, and host of nieces, nephews, relatives and too many friends to count.

A memorial dinner to honor the life of Pat will take place Friday, March 11, 2022 from 5p to 8pm at the Jewell Center located at 3333 N. Illinois Street, 46208. Condolences and flowers may be sent to the Jewell Center anytime Friday, March 11 after 12pm.
