Patricia Barr

Patricia E. Barr, 78, of Fishers, passed away on Thursday, August 25th, 2022. She was born in Indianapolis, IN on Sunday, September 5th, 1943, to Justice and Alice Perkins. On July 9th, 1960, she married her love, Ernest C. Barr Jr, he precedes her in death. Ernie and Pat spent many days, traveled millions of miles, and saw most of the country on the road together while Ernie was driving his semi. She was the greatest mom to her 4 children and, of course, treasured time spent with her family. Pat also spent time as a dorm mom at DePauw University. She was an extremely talented artist and was known to love burnt hotdogs. She is preceded in death by her son, Chris Barr, her sister Jessie Ford, and her parents. Patricia's survivors include 3 children, Cathy Spiker (Lewis) of Greencastle, IN, Timothy Barr (Diane) of Fisher, IN, Ernest C. Barr Jr. (Dawn) of Muncie, IN, her brother Sonny Perkins, sister Madonna Pruitt ,11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. All of whom she loved dearly and will miss her greatly.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 from 11am-1pm at 2433 East Main Street, Greenwood, IN. Services will follow at 1pm. Burial will take place at 3pm at Franklin Cemetery.
