Nancy (Nelson) Wilderman entered the gates of heaven peacefully on Wednesday, October 9th, at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana at the age of 56.
Nancy was born on March 27th, 1963, in Greencastle, IN. She is a graduate of Greencastle High School and worked at Ski’s Truck & RV Sales. She married the love of her life Curt Wilderman in 2006.
Nancy was a fighter (she learned that from her three sisters) and she fought her battle boldly. She left this world knowing and feeling much love from her husband, Curt, and her family. She lit up like the northern star when talking about her grandchildren.
Nancy is survived by her husband, Curt, sons, Darrin (Sarah) Strother, Dallas (Jennifer) Strother, step-sons, Darren Wilderman, Kyle (Kayci) Wilderman, six beloved grandchildren, Layla Strother, Mary Strother, Ryan Strother, Hailey Strother, Kayt Strother and Cash Wilderman, three sisters, Candie (Don) Branneman, Cristie (Greg) Herberle and Susan (Steve) Clark, several nieces and nephews, mother and father, Bev and Gerald Nelson and is preceded in death by son, Brian Wayne Strother.
The Lord has big plans for her in heaven, so this is not the end of a beautiful life, but the blessed beginning. Until we meet again…God speed Nancy, God speed!
