Nancy Kay Turner, 71, of New Palestine, Indiana passed away April 21, 2026. She was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on June 11, 1954 to Paul David Houser and Nadine McCreery. She lived a life defined by kindness, strength, humor and generosity, and she touched the lives of everyone who knew her. She was a devoted mother, sister, daughter and friend. Her greatest joy came from family, friends and traveling.
Nancy is survived by her daughters, Nicole Turner and Melissa Turner; and siblings, Ellen Branson, Garnet (Mike) Lackey and Lynn Jolly. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul David Houser and Nadine McCreery; and sister, Pallas Houser.
"To know her was to love her. To love her is something we will carry with us forever."
