Monroe Gordon

Heaven's gain was our loss when our angel, Monroe Leigh Gordon was called by our Lord on January 1, 2024. Monroe was delivered on January 2, 2024, at 1:23 AM weighing just 4 lbs 7 1/2 oz and 17 3/4 inches long. Though she never spent any time with us, she touched many of our lives.

Monroe is survived by her parents, Emilee Smith and Shawn Gordon; siblings, Malaya, Shamira, Shawn Jr., and Major; grandparents, Debbie Miller, Les Miller, and Willie Gordon; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She is being greeted in Heaven by her grandmother, Irene Bell; and grandfather, Gary Rutledge.

Funeral Service will be at Indiana Funeral Care, Greenwood Chapel on Friday, January 5, 2024, at Noon with gathering for family and friends starting at 10:00 AM until the time of service. Antonio Patterson will be officiating the service.
