With unimaginable heartbreak, we share the passing of our precious warrior Michaela Elizabeth. She succumbed to an epileptic seizure in the early hours of January 27th and went to be home with Jesus.
Michaela fought a brave and beautiful fight for many years. She was strong, resilient, and so deeply loved. Our hearts are broken beyond words, but we take comfort in knowing she is now whole, healed, and at perfect peace — free from seizures, pain, and suffering.
She leaves behind her sweet baby girl, Coraline Nari, who was the light of her life and her husband, Jordan. She is also survived by her parents Heather (Bobby) Marks and Brad (Raney) Long as well as her sisters Christina and Monica, and her brothers Huni, Isacc, Christian, Connor and Logan; nieces and nephews, Annabel, Vanessa, Norah, Saphira, Tadgh, Liam, and Braxton; and many other family members and friends. We are committed to surrounding Jordan and Coraline with all the love, care, and support they will ever need, and to honoring Michaela through them.
Please keep our family in your prayers as we walk through the hardest moment of our lives. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made for Coraline's future through https://gofund.me/08d145f9c.
Thank you for your love, kindness, and compassion during this heartbreaking time.
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” (Psalm 34:18)
