Merle L Royce, II

Merle L. Royce II, 80, of Evanston, Illinois, passed away on October 19, 2022.  Merle was Born on June 9^th, 1942 in Center State, Iowa to Merle & Eleanor Royce.   He is survived by Tommie Royce (wife), Sophia Tracy (daughter) and Merle L. Royce III (son).  He was a wonderful brother, husband, father, grandfather, and successful attorney.  A hero in the legal field with his work to save the historic Chicago Theater, fighting for principle stances in civil liberties and much more. 

A small service will be held this Friday Oct. 28^th at 11am EST at the Indiana Funeral Care, 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, IN 46250 (indianafuneralcare.com)
