Mary Ann is survived by her husband, Don Purtlebaugh; daughter, Kris Hammer; son, Mike Purtlebaugh (Stacy Beckly); grandchildren, Andrew Purtlebaugh-Lessaris (Lissi Purtlebaugh-Lessaris), Robin Purtlebaugh-Lessaris, Sara Purtlebaugh, and Kristen Hammer.
Memorial visitation will be Tuesday, October 19, 2021 from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Indiana Funeral Care, Greenwood Chapel.
