Martha Yeager Brassie

Martha Marie Brassie (Yeager) passed on Thursday, June 24, at the age of 81. She was born in Hamilton, Texas, in 1940, to the late Henry and Mary Shula Yeager and lived in San Angelo, Texas, most of her life. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Indiana Funeral Care. Her final resting place will be at the Pecan Wells Cemetery in Hamilton, Texas.

Throughout her life she had two main loves (other than her family and friends) - bowling and golf. She was an avid bowler for most of her life and enjoyed playing golf with her closest friends. Martha was a devoted mother and grandmother and when she retired from being an apartment manager, she spent her time doting on her grandson.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Paige (Jackson) Francis, and grandson, Stryder of Indianapolis, Indiana; and her one surviving sister, Betty Fulgham of Katy, Texas; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She touched the hearts of many with her fiery spirit and giving heart and she will be greatly missed.
