Mark Walker Burchfield

Mark Walker Burchfield passed away on April 10, 2023. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on November 18, 1950, to Jean and Charles Burchfield.

Mark served in the Air Force before working for over 25 years for the US Postal Service. He enjoyed several years of retirement.

Mark is survived by his sister, Barbara, brother, Bill, brother, Jeff and his wife, Chris; nephew, Aaron and his wife, Whitney and their four children, Logan, Scarlett, Max and Hope, and niece, Beth.

His family is deeply appreciative of the loving care Mark received by the staff of 4B IU North Hospital.

A graveside service with military honors will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 18 at Carmel Cemetery.
