Luana A. McAllister

Luana A. McAllister, 70, of Indianapolis, passed away on January 22, 2022.

Luana was born on January 13, 1952, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Clayton Stingley and Trula Crabtree.

Luana enjoyed fishing, playing poker, going to the casino, playing bingo, and swinging in the backyard swing.

Luana is survived by her children, Ronnie (Ruth) Hornsby and Shelly (Steve) Farr; seven grandchildren, Ronnie (Bryanna), Stephanie (Michael), Jesse, Stephen, Shannon (Val), Nick (Ashley), and Keith; her chihuahua, Gizmo; as well as 11 great grandchildren and 2 more on the way.

Luana is preceded in death by her parents, Trula Crabtree and Clayton Stingley; husband, Michael McAllister Sr; and son, Donnie Hornsby.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 27, 2022, from 10am-12pm at Wesleyan Christian Church, 725 Iowa St, Indianapolis, IN 46203. The funeral service will begin at 12pm with burial to follow at Washington Park East Cemetery.
