Lori Ann Miller

Lori Ann Miller, 63, was received into Heaven on March 21, 2026. Born in Indianapolis on July 28, 1962, Lori was the youngest of five daughters born to Leroy J.J. Miller and Verna (Brennise) Miller.

A graduate of Southport High School’s class of 1980, Lori’s passion for emergency health care led her to further her education. She earned her bachelor's degree in Emergency Health Management from the University of Phoenix in 2018, demonstrating her commitment to her field and continuous personal growth. She provided exceptional care to her patients as an EMT with Perry Township, dedicating herself to her patients and the community.

Throughout her career, Lori served as a compassionate first responder, offering critical care and support to those in urgent need. Her dedication to the safety and well-being of her community was a hallmark of her professional life.

Lori is survived by her loving sisters Linda M. Miller, Patricia Will, and Kyle (William) McCleary, who cherish her memory deeply. She was preceded in death by her father, Leroy J.J Miller; her mother, Verna (Brennise) Miller; and her sister, Joyce Ann Adams-Harding.

Born and raised in Indianapolis, Lori’s life was marked by devotion to family, an unyielding spirit in her work, and a heart full of kindness. She will be remembered for her unwavering dedication, gentle nature, and the significant impact she had on the lives of many.

Her family invites all who knew her to remember the warmth and strength Lori embodied throughout her life. The legacy she leaves behind is one of service, love, and enduring integrity. 

A celebration of life to honor Lori will be held at a later date.
