Lori Ann Erby

Lori A. Erby (Foutz) 58 of Indianapolis Indiana, passed away on April 18th, 2026, at IU University hospital surrounded by friends and family. She was born in Muncie, IN, on January 22, 1968.

Lori was a loving mother, grandmother, and wife. She was also cherished and respected for being a maternal figure for any and everyone who needed it. Dancing, one-of-a-kind cooking, and contagious laughter are her absolutely favorite things to do. Her wisdom spoke volumes to all who would hear it, and her gentleness and compassion brought unity and family to her home.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Yvonne Henning (Foutz) and Daniel Foutz. 2 children: Chelsea Foutz and Quincy Davis. 3 siblings: Brenda, Theresa and David Foutz

She is survived by her loving husband: Eric Erby. Children: Andrew Harley (Ciarra), Adyson Davis, Adrian Davis, Eric Erby ll, Evan, Eron Erby & Michael Hazzard. Siblings: Brent and Brian Foutz, several nieces, nephews, and several grandchildren.
