Loretta Sue Aleksa
Indianapolis
Loretta Sue Aleksa, 70, of Indianapolis, passed away May 10, 2026. After high school, Loretta obtained her Bachelor's degree in music from Butler University. Loretta was a very talented church organist. She played for many denominations. Loretta volunteered her services at local nursing homes. She worked for the United States Postal Service for 33 years before she retired.
Loretta is survived by her loving spouse, Jade Forrest; and her beloved french bulldog, Griffin; siblings, Betty (Larry) Deer, Roger (Judy) Aleksa and John (Jennine) Aleksa; and many nieces and nephews. Loretta was preceded in death by her parents, Ellen and Matthew Aleksa; siblings, Pat McCaslin and Matthew Aleksa; and niece, Nancy McCaslin.
A celebration of life and memorial service will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Indiana Funeral Care East.
