Lonnie Mansfield

Lonnie C. Mansfield, 61, passed away on December 15, 2023, in Indianapolis, IN; surrounded by his family. Lonnie was born on November 20, 1962, in Ravanna, Ohio. Lonnie graduated from Purdue University. He was a business owner of Lonnie's Barber Shop for many years. Lonnie loved competing in Martial Arts Sports and was trained in Jiu-Jitsu, Taekwondo, and other forms of Martial Arts. Lonnie loved traveling with his family. He loved being a father and dedicated his life to his family. 

Lonnie is survived by his wife Shannon, step-son Daniel, and daughters Loni Nicole (Nicky), Skyler, Vanessa, and Shannen (Anna) Lee. 

Lonnie is preceded in death by his parents Aubrey (Marcella) and Margaret Mansfield; siblings, Aubrey (Tony) Lee, Michael, and Xandra. Lonnie leaves behind siblings, Audrey (Raymond Lay), Orville (Tonya), Troy, and Mark; niece Starlyn; grandchildren, Jasmine, Jada, Brian and Courtney; and eight great grandchildren. 

There will be a visitation and funeral service on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at Indiana Funeral Care, Greenwood Chapel. The visitation is from 5:00pm to 7:00pm with the funeral service at 7:00pm.
