Linda Harper, 85, Died May 1,2026 at Waters Edge Village in Muncie, after a courageous fight with Vascular Dementia, never losing her playful demeanor or zest for life, she was surrounded by loved ones. Linda was born September 20, 1940, in Farmland, IN to Darius Cedric Amburn and Jean Cougill Amburn. Linda retired from Hickory Hills Golf Course where she worked for over 20 years. You might have seen her at the Winchester Speedway where she spent years helping to manage the front office, or maybe she served you at the A&B Cafe.

Anyone who knew Linda would agree that her favorite pastimes included her family, and her beloved animals, whether they were hers or not.

She is survived by one daughter Diana (Guy) Doughty, one stepson Jamie Gullett, One daughter-in-law Sherri Tobolski, and one son-in-law Lloyd Wilson. Grandchildren April (Jason) Knasinski, Joshua (Heather) Tobolski, Lindi (Kanon) Tobolski, Tara Day, Veronica Franklin, Shelly (Scott) Bailey, Jessica Gulltett, Brittany (Justin) Rosato, and several great grandchildren.

Preceding her in death is her significant other of 30 years Jerry Gulllett, three children, Jana Wilson, Ronald Tobolski, and Cynthia Harper, her sisters and parents. Linda wished to have her life celebrated in lieu of traditional funeral services. A Celebration of Life will be arranged at a later date. Linda will be buried at the Weimer Cemetery in Saratoga, IN, beside her daughter after cremation.
