LaDonna Lucille Porter

LaDonna Lucille Lufcy was born on September 23, 1944 in Lake Charles, LA. She also used the surnames Hobbs and Porter. Her parents are Robert Donald Lufcy Sr and Alma Lucille Gadberry Lufcy.

LaDonna was a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed being out in nature. Hiking or camping in nearly all the US Federal Parks. She rode a mule down into the Grand Canyon, went rafting on the Colorado River, swam with dolphins, and went snorkeling off the coast of Aruba. Always bringing gifts back to her family when she returned home.

She was predeceased by her daughter Jeanna Marie Rochester. And is survived by daughters Angela Kay Lacey and Zephan Leanna Rene.

Her grandchildren are Antonia Marie Rochester, Jamen Tyler Rochester, Danielle Marie Rochester, Julien Alexzander Rochester, and Gwen Lacey. Her great – grandchildren are Taylor Rene and Carter Kahlil.

LaDonna is survived by her brothers: Robert Lufcy Jr (Margaret), Charles Lufcy (Kim), David Lufcy (Cindy), and Matthew Lufcy (Rhonda). As well as many nieces and nephews.

LaDonna died on January 3, 2026. We all look forward to seeing her again in the earthly paradise that Jehovah has promised.
