KERANO K. SANDERS SCOTT, 60 of Carmel, Indiana passed away on January 28, 2023. She was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, to Paul and Ann Sanders (Picket Wilham) on April 25, 1962. She graduated from Carmel High School in 1980, and went on to graduate with a Telecommunications degree from Indiana University where she was a Tri Delta. She moved to Long Beach, California and was a Corporate Trainer at McDonnell Douglas Company. She later moved back home and was employed by Eli Lilly Company as a Senior Training Associate.

She will be remembered for her vibrant smile, her compassion towards everyone she met and her perpetual willingness to help anyone in need. Kerano loved people and went out of her way to make everyone feel special. She possessed amazing organizational skills, and truly enjoyed teaching and educating others through training and mentoring.

Kerano is survived by the love of her life, Kyle Scott (Son), S. Ann Pickett Wilham (Mother), Niko Sanders (Brother), Michelle Wilham (Sister).

Kerano is preceded in death by Paul E. Sanders (Father). Grandparents, Sid and Helen Portwood

Visitation will be held from 3:00pm – 4:45pm on Friday February 3, 2023, at Indiana Funeral Care, 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, IN 46250. A Prayer Service will be from 4:45pm to 5:00pm

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations be made to your favorite charity in Kerano’s honor.
