Karol White

Karol “Bud” E. White, 85, of New Palestine, IN, passed away on May 5, 2026 in Morristown, IN.

Bud was born in Indianapolis, IN to David and Helen (Burleson) White on July 14, 1940. He went to school at Lawrence Central. He married Virginia Lee Bloucher on February 2, 1963 in Indianapolis. He worked as a Machinist/Lathe Operator for 30 years. After retiring as a Machinist he was a custodian for Lutheran High School and Triton Central High School, where he enjoyed a fulfilling and active retirement. 

Bud is preceded in death by his parents and siblings Delores, Helen, Paul, Frank, Robert, Howard, and Gayle.

Bud is survived by his wife, Virginia; daughter, Karole Leann Schutt (David); son, Kyle White (Jennifer); twin sister, Kay Henderson; grandchildren, KayLee, Kaden, and Logan Schutt, Lyla, and Zachary White.

Visitation will be 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, Thursday, May 21, 2026 at Indiana Funeral Care East, 1307 N. Shadeland Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46219. A memorial service will immediately follow at 1:00 pm with the Pastor Todd Beale, officiating. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Shelbyville Animal Shelter, 705 Hale Rd. Shelbyville, IN 46176.
