Kane Wyatt Bailey-McCracken, a beloved son who brought joy and happiness to all who knew him, passed away peacefully in his sleep on November 28, 2025. Born on July 3, 2025, in Indianapolis, Kane was a bright light, always smiling and spreading warmth with his joyful spirit. His short time on earth was filled with love, especially from his devoted family and cherished siblings.
Kane is remembered for his loving, and beautiful bright smile and laughter. His favorite place to be was at home in bed, having special one on one moments with his family. He adored spending time with his brothers, Elijah R. Bailey, Ezekiel J. Bailey-McCracken, and Kingston A. Bailey-McCracken, forming bonds that would leave lasting imprints in their hearts. Kane’s love for his parents, Kelsey Bailey and Tony McCracken, was evident in every moment they shared together as a family. His maternal, paternal, and extended family members will forever carry his memory in their hearts.
Kane is survived by his parents Kelsey Bailey and Tony McCracken, grandmothers Michelle L. Baker, Insuk Choe, Angela Bailey; great grandparents Richard W. Baker, Vauldra and Ron Bailey, and Rita Cothron. As well as his aunts and uncles, Tiffany (Victor) Fischer, Olivia Bailey, and Hannah (Seth) Grandidge-Bailey along with cousins Ava and Rosie Fischer and Grayson Finnigan Harlow. He is also survived by many other close family members who held him dear.
Kane is preceded in death by his grandfather Rock Joseph Bailey "Papa Rock", great grandfather Tong I. Choe "Tony", great-grandmother Marilyn Baker, and great-grandfather Jesse C. Cothron, who now welcome him into eternal peace.
A visitation for Kane Wyatt Bailey-McCracken will be held on December 13, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Indianapolis Baptist Temple located at 4002 East Southport Road, Indianapolis, IN 46237. Following the visitation, a funeral service will take place on the same day from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
Though his time was brief, Kane's impact on those around him will be felt for a lifetime. He will be deeply missed, yet fondly remembered and cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him his name will live on forever.
